The Organizing Committee intends to provide the scientific community and industry the opportunity to present their latest results for discussion at a worldwide forum, to create a friendly atmosphere for socializing and strengthening personal ties, and to offer young scientists an opportunity to present their work and interact with the community.
The conference will start with the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening followed by three and a half days of sessions from Monday to Thursday. The scientific program will include plenary (40 min), keynote (30 min) and regular (20 min) oral presentations as well as two poster sessions.
The long abstracts of the presentations are available here
Presentation guidelines
Regular oral lectures
The maximum length of oral presentations is 20 minutes including discussion, thus please prepare your presentation for 15 min to have time for questions. Because of parallel sessions, time limits will be strictly enforced. Beamer and slide projector will be supplied. In case you need any other audiovisual equipment, please let us know.
Poster presentations
Poster sessions will be grouped by topic. Poster dimensions should be maximum 160 cm in height and 90 cm in width, we recommend to use A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm). The poster should include a title, as well as the name and affiliation of the authors. Please, bear in mind that the illustrations and text must be legible from a distance of at least 2 meters.
